From their early formative days in Miami, Johnny Santander and Luis Machado have been good friends; they grew up together, advanced through school together, and roomed with one another at Florida State University until they received degrees in Marketing and Real Estate, respectively...and their careers took separate paths.

Johnny, in moving to Atlanta twenty years ago, attained an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University, and distinguished himself in corporate finance. Back home in Miami, Luis immersed himself in the building industry...and built a solid reputation for quality and reliability in the single-family and multi-family home-building communities with nearly 2,100 residences built one-home-at-a-time.

Over time, the entrepreneurial bug bit Johnny, and with encouragement from Luis, he launched his home-building career in 2001; since then, Johnny has built over 100 homes in the preferred north Atlanta neighborhoods of Edinburgh, Quail Hollow, St. Marlo, and Three Chimneys among others.

In 2007, their friendship and expertise united them as business partners with the formation of Magnolia Residential, LLC, in Forsyth County. Today, the family-friendly, tradition-rich atmosphere of The Gables at Stoney Point Road is a testament to the enduring character and timeless appeal of their homes and community.

As husbands and fathers to three school-aged children apiece, Johnny and Luis are dedicated to creating the memories and realizing the dreams of positive family times together.
